DS-301SK-B hydraulic busbar bending machine:

  1. It uses one motor and three processing units. You can switch freely when processing.

  2. The processing of flat bending and vertical bending can be completed by changing the die.

  3. Bending angle is controlled by imported Siemens PLC CNC system. Directly input the thickness and angle of copper bar on the NC touch screen, or input the height and edge to directly process the required workpiece (such as z-bend). The bending accuracy is ± 1 degree , and the processing data can be stored in the system and called out for reuse. Ensure accurate bending angle.

  4. In addition, Schneider relay is added inside the chassis to protect the system contact damage, greatly improve the service life of the whole machine, and reduce maintenance and shutdown caused by system contact damage
